It’s nasty code – without getting into specifics, it will try to execute a file loaded from another server – which allows the other person to do ANYTHING on your site. And if that doesn’t work, it will try to display a file from the other site (which of course could be Javascript cross scripting code or you-know-what-kind of ads).
